2. Launch Sequence: Order Process
2.1 Product Information
We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, but occasionally a spec might be slightly off—just like real-world rocketry. If you discover an error, contact Mission Control immediately.
2.2 Order Acceptance
Your order represents an offer to purchase. Mission Control confirmation begins the countdown, but the launch isn’t complete until we ship.
2.3 Restricted Items
Certain propulsion systems have special handling requirements:
- All rocket motors (13mm, 18mm, 24mm, 29mm, 38mm)
- Reload propellant kits (29/120 and 29mm reload kits)
- Single-use motors (18mm Single Use category)
These cannot be returned after purchase due to hazardous materials regulations.
