Welcome to Estes || Quest || DYNASTAR Sales, where we fuel your rocketry adventures with precision-engineered components from 13mm to 54mm. Just as every successful launch requires careful planning, we’ve designed our shipping and returns policies with the same attention to detail to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Launch Sequence: Shipping Information
Countdown to Delivery
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (faster than an 18mm motor ignition!)
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Boost: DHL or FedEx delivery in 10-15 days after launch (shipping fee: $12.95)
- Free Orbit: EMS delivery for orders over $50 (15-25 days after launch)
Note: International customers may experience slightly longer transit times depending on customs clearance. We currently cannot deliver to certain Asian regions and remote areas.
Mission Recovery: Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes even the best-planned missions need adjustments. Our recovery team is standing by to assist with returns or exchanges should you need to adjust your flight trajectory.
Launch Window for Returns
You have 15 days after delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact – just like you received them from our mission control center.
Flight Termination: Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following propulsion systems cannot be returned once purchased:
- All rocket motors (13mm, 18mm, 24mm, 29mm, 38mm)
- Reload propellant kits (29/120 and 29mm reload kits)
- Single-use motors (18mm Single Use category)
These items are considered hazardous materials once they leave our facility, much like spent rocket stages cannot be recovered after launch.
